ARTICLE 1 - Price

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros all taxes inclusive (VAT) exluding shipping fees. - In the event of an order from a country other than France, the possible custom charges or local taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. - All orders wherever their origin are payable in Euros. – Chez maman reserves the right to modify its prices constantly but the products will be invoiced on the basis of tarif in vigour at the time of order, subject to availability. - The products remain the property of Chez maman until complete payment of the price.

ARTICLE 2 - Order

All orders are to be made by internet  www.chezmaman.com,  www.chezmaman.fr  Chez maman montres  reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order of a customer with whom there would be a litigation relating to payment of a former order.

ARTICLE 3 - Validation

You state to have acknowledged and accepted the present General Conditions of Sale before making your order. The validation of your order is worth the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Except contrary proof, the data recorded by Chez maman montres constitutes the proof of the entire transactions passed by Chez maman and its customers.

ARTICLE 4 - Availability

 Our offers of products and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, within the limit of stocks available. For the products not stored in our warehouse, our offers are subjected to the availability of our suppliers. In the case of an unavailability of product after making your order we will inform you by phone or mail as soon as possible. Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be immediately paid back if money has been withdrawn on your bank account.

ARTICLE 5 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the address of delivery which you indicated during the process of order. The times indicated are usual averages times and correspond to the times of treatment and delivery. Averages time ranging between 7 and 21 working days. In the event of deliverable articles on different dates taking into account their availability, the delivery period is based on the longest time. Chez maman reserves however the possibility of splitting the deliveries. Chez maman could not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of routing. Any order not dispatched in the 30 days following the order is cancelled except stipulation contrary and announced in the offer of sale. In the event of payment by credit card, the time is of approximately 8 working days, the time indicated is an average time and corresponds to the time of treatment and delivery for the products bound for the Metropolitan France . Belgium, Luxembourg .Monaco and Switzerland.  We only ship to the same address of the cardholder. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

ARTICLE 6 - Payment

The payment of your purchases can be done by: - Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard and all other major credit card companies . We will only ship to the same address as the cardholder.

ARTICLE 7 - Secure Payment

Our site is the subject of a system of protection: We’ve adopted the process of encoding Credit du Nord but we’ve also reinforced the whole processes encoding most effectively to protect as much as possible all significant data related to the means of payment.

ARTICLE 8 – Delivery Delays

The service Colissimo Suivi from “La Poste” allows a delivery to France within average 48 hours once they have received the package from Chez maman. For all other countries orders are usually despatched within 3 working days. Estimated delivery time varies from 10-21 days. This time is communicated as an indication. Any possible delay will not be able to give place to damages, reserve or cancellation of the order by the Purchaser. In the event of delay of delivery compared to the initially fixed date, the Purchaser will have to announce it in writing (mail or mail) to Chez maman to allow Chez maman to proceed to an investigation at “La Poste”. An investigation of “La Poste” can lastlong up to 21 days. If during this time, the product is found, it will be immediately rebooked to the shipment address, as ordered. On the other hand, if the ordered product is not found at the end of this 21 days deadline of investigation, Chez maman will proceed with its expenses of a new sending of the products ordered by the Purchaser.

ARTICLE 10 - Responsibility

The offered products are in conformity with the French legislation into force. The responsibility for Chez maman could not be committed in the event of a non respect of the legislation of the country where the products is delivered (for example in the event of prohibition of a title...). It’s your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of the products or services which you plan to order. The photographs are communicated on a purely illustrative basis. We invite you to verify the description of each product to know the precise characteristics of them; and in case of doubt or if you wish further information do not hesitate to contact us. In the event of obvious error between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or the conditions of sale, Chez maman could not see its committed responsibility. In the event of hypertexts links pointing towards other sites starting from Chez maman; this one will not be responsible for the contents of the information provided on these sites after activation of these links. In case of purchase on a purely professional basis, Chez maman will not incur any responsibility for all consequential damages because of present, trading loss, loss of profit, loss of chance, damage or expenses.

ARTICLE 11 - Applicable Duty  - Litigations

This contract is subjected to the French law. The language of this contract is the English language. In the event of litigation the French courts will be only qualified.
