30 DAYS RETURN POLICY

Clients can request within thirty working days after recieving the goods, an exchange or refund. The merchandise needs to be returned to us in perfect condition, with the original invoice. Beyond that deadline, Chez Maman will be free to refuse the exchange or refund.
Delivery fees are not refundable.. All refunds are made within 15 days after the return of the parcel.
