Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer according to local legislation.

All our watches come with a 2-year warranty on the mechanism.

This warranty covers technical or manufacturing defects, but not external elements such as the glass, strap, or crown. In the event of a mechanical issue, our team is here to assist you promptly. For the maintenance or replacement of external parts, our customer service remains at your disposal.

Returns and exchanges are possible for 30 days after your purchase.

At Chez Maman, you have time to change your mind. Items can be returned to us in perfect condition, accompanied by their invoice.

Upon receipt and verification of your package, we will process your refund or exchange within a maximum of 5 days.
