GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

It is specified that these conditions govern sales concluded on the site www.chezmaman.com .

ARTICLE 1 - TARIFF

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other taxes), excluding delivery costs.
For any order to a country other than mainland France, any customs fees or local taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
Chez Maman reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to availability.
The products remain the property of Chez Maman until full payment of the price.

ARTICLE 2 - ORDER

Chez Maman reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order exists.

ARTICLE 3 - VALIDATION

By validating your order, you declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale .
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Chez Maman constitutes proof of transactions between Chez Maman and its customers.

ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last.
For products not stocked in our warehouse, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email or post as soon as possible.
Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.
For payments by check, reimbursement will be made within 30 days maximum from payment.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

The products are delivered to the address indicated during the ordering process.
Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary between 2 and 10 working days .
In case of an order containing items with different availability times, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest lead time.
Chez Maman cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
Any order not shipped within 30 days is cancelled, unless otherwise specified in the sales offer.

ARTICLE 6 - EXCHANGE AND REFUND

You have 30 working days after receiving your order to request an exchange or refund.
Returned items must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice.
After this period, Chez Maman reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made after receipt and verification of the returned package.

ARTICLE 7 - PAYMENT

PayPlug : Secure payment by credit card
PayPal : Secure payment with or without a PayPal account
Payment in installments with Oney : 3 or 4 installments free of charge from €100

ARTICLE 8 - PAYMENT SECURITY

Chez Maman uses an SSL encryption system to ensure the security of your payments.
All transactions are secure and processed by Crédit du Nord .

ARTICLE 9 - DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery via Colissimo Suivi is guaranteed within 48 hours on average after leaving the warehouse.
This deadline is given for information purposes only and cannot give rise to compensation in the event of exceeding it.
In the event of a delay, an investigation will be opened with La Poste and may last up to 21 working days .
If, at the end of this investigation, the package is lost, Chez Maman will proceed with a new shipment or a refund.

Chez Maman cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with local laws in the country of delivery.
