Returns and exchanges are possible for 30 days after your purchase.

At Chez Maman, you have time to change your mind. Items can be returned to us in perfect condition, accompanied by their invoice.

Upon receipt and verification of your package, we will process the refund or exchange within a maximum of 5 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (5 euros), and our team is, of course, available to assist you at every step.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply submit a request directly from your customer account, under the "My orders" section, and you will receive a return label to use.
